Agent Recruitment Drive

Our target is to have 200 agents country-wide by December 2025:

  • Momase - 50
  • Highlands - 60
  • Southern - 50
  • New Guinea Islands - 40

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Grade 10/12/ Uni Graduate
  • Computer literate & conversant online on social media
  • Have an existing bank account
  • Unemployed and can have as side-hassle
  • Grow with PF
  • Ideal for start-ups on agency basis

AGENT Guidelines

Agent System will be guided by these rules

  • Agents can be any individual or entity – corporate or private.
  • Agent Commission Rate is @25 percent of the Loan Interest generated per loan successfully processed.
  • Commission earnings will be automatically updated based on associated loan repayment.
  • Every agent will be accorded an identifiable account once personal particulars are uploaded.
  • In all correspondence that ID will be used.
  • All agents will be allowed to withdraw a maximum amount of K500 per month – based on their commission earnings.
