Param Finance is a 100% nationally owned financial institution incorporated with the Investment Promotion Authority. It is accredited to the government’s financial ecosystem by way of approval to operate by the Finance Department’s Payment system – with issuance of an ALESCO Payroll Deduction code: DPARA.
Since its inception in 2024; it’s been actively offering financial support to individuals and communities needing URGENT relieve in the face of tough economic times. Our loan menu includes:

Director
Mr. Thomas Kugam (MBA – Birm. UK, AiMM - Aus) is a development cooperation specialist with a career spanning over 30 years both in the public, private and development space. After serving the United Nations for 10 years; he has resigned to pursue a career as an entrepreneur. His interests range from enterprise and financial empowerment to skills training and sustainable development. He advocates that bridging inequality is everyone’s responsibility – a fair and just society should be the crux of all our efforts. Redeeming one out of misery is redeeming the kinship and all. Mr. Kugam is the CEO of Param Group of Companies.
